Plyterra Birch Interior is a brand of high-quality birch plywood. For its production we use only birch veneer in all layers to guarantee higher resistance to bending and warpage. Interior plywood is a strong material due to the usage of urea-formaldehyde adhesive (MR) for veneer gluing. Formaldehyde emission level of Plyterra Birch Interior complies with the requirements of E1, CARB, EPA TSCA Title VI.

Plyterra Birch Exterior is made of 100% birch veneer and thus has such properties as high strength, durability, low weight and high performance. Other characteristics of Exterior birch plywood are ease in handling and further processing.

Birch veneer in all layers guarantees higher resistance to bending and warpage. The plywood is very strong and has excellent water-resistant properties due to the usage of phenol-formaldehyde or WBP adhesive for veneer gluing. As a result of the use of first-rate raw materials in production, Exterior plywood is absolutely safe-health product (ULEF status: Executive Order N-18-163 issued by CARB).

Plyterra Antislip Hexa is a special brand for non-slip birch plywood. Both sides of Plyterra Antislip Hexa are overlaid with film which is made of high-density paper impregnated with phenol-formaldehyde resin. The slip-proof plywood has one side coated with smooth film and the other side with film having hexagonal pattern, that guarantees maximum anti-slip protection.

Smooth and slip-proof surfaces of film faced plywood withstand various weather and chemical conditions, while the multi-layer structure of panels provides exceptional strength and makes them perfect for the production of wear-resistant surfaces.
